The Future Home was a cross-disciplinary exhibition exploring how the home might be reimagined in a specifically local context - in a city whose housing stock, demographics, and density are unlike anywhere else, and whose ideas about what a home is have always been in flux.
Rather than commissioning finished works, the exhibition was developed as a six-month working process. Participants - drawn from architecture, design, textile, and the arts - met for regular lectures and working sessions, sharing research and prototypes before any of it became an exhibition object. The show that opened was the visible part of a much longer conversation.
Notable participants included Tamara Efrat, Batia Kolton, Niv Tishbi, Rony Avitzour, Ezri Tarazi, and Yoav Peled. The exhibition was developed for Tel Aviv Illustration Week and remains one of the clearest examples of the gallery's approach to long-form, process-driven curatorial work.
