Watt? was conceived as a tribute to the first power stations in Israel, marking the 100th anniversary of the local Electric Company. The exhibition featured ten new electricity-themed works created by multidisciplinary artists and architects, each responding to the architecture of the earliest local power stations - buildings that were as much civic statements as engineering achievements.
Participating artists and architects included Alon Braier, Yambo, Lila Chitayat, Yaara Rabinovitch, and Amir Tomashov, among others, working across sculpture, illustration, installation, and architectural drawing. The exhibition treated infrastructure not as background but as a subject - examining how the buildings that brought electricity to the country also shaped its visual culture, its modernity, and its early architectural language.
